Love, love, love this place. I always get the carnitas burrito (sometimes with their delicious guac, queso, or rice as an add-on), and many of my friends love the other offerings here as well! Everyone is always very friendly, the atmosphere is cheerful, the restaurant is clean, and the food is fantastic. I'll always recommend Tex Mex!

Lunch spot for me. Call in your order if you have limited time. Always ready when ibareive 8 - 10 minutes later. I order the steak burrito. Made well everyday and always delivered at the window with a smile and a thank you. The ladies who run Tex Mex are awesome! Scott

This is an absolute gem on the immediate Southside. Every one of my coworkers were impressed by the quality of the food after recommending. I have been satisfied both times visiting with the friendly staff and the awesome beef burrito with green and red sauce. Chips n salsa as well as queso was on point! Now my go-to for lunch at work.

Being from Colorado I did not expect to eat such incredible Mexican food this far north in the Midwest. It's small family-owned place with a grocery store and the food is out of this world. I got an al pastor tacos platter for lunch, and my partner got a chorizo burrito. After we ate, we turned around and went right back in to order more for dinner. Truly amazing and the owner is so kind and warm. Eat here! Your life will be better for it.

Delicious food at such a low price. Almost criminal. Only thing to know is that there's an 8 minimum for any credit card purchases at the restaurant. Buy some original coke and Mexican Doritos at the store while you're there!
